The team of www.mirozioshop.com strives to provide hassle free buying experience to its valuable customers. However, should an unfortunate event arise where you may have to return a product for refund or replacement, we have laid out an easy process to assist you with it.
We provide hassle free return, refund, replacement and cancellation.
Return
Returns will be accepted only when the product shipped to you is a wrong product / defective or in damaged condition. If you are required to return the product, please email to support@mirozioshop.com within 48 hrs of receiving the product with your order no. Mention in your email whether you want a refund or replacement for the returned product. Do not return any product without informing us. In case of any issue with the product kindly share the image of the specific part along with a complete image of the product received. After confirmation from our end, the products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached with the product. It needs to be returned back to the following address:

The return package should be marked as return goods or defective return products. Provide us with the scanned copy of return shipment slip within 7 days of our confirmation email. Once we receive the product you will get an acknowledgement email.
We do not accept any returns that are shipped after 7 days of receiving the shipment by the buyer.
Refund
We will refund the amount in the same manner as the buyer has paid within 3 days of receiving the product by us. Where this is not possible we will issue a credit to your account that will be applied to your next purchase.
We will not refund the shipment charges borne by us, return shipment charges borne by you and custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
Replacement
Replacement may not be possible for all the products. In such a case we shall process the refund. Additional shipping charges for shipping the replacement product to be borne by the buyer.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel full or part of the order, you need to do so before we ship the products and not later than 24 hours after placing your order. Send us the mail on support@mirozioshop.com with your order no. and details of whether you want to cancel all the products in the order or only few products in the order.
We will refund the amount in the same manner as the buyer has paid within 3 days of receiving the email for cancellation. Where this is not possible we will issue a credit to your account that will be applied to your next purchase.
